Return and Exchange Policy:

We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our products up to 30 days from the day of purchase.

Defective Products:

We will honor a 100% replacement on our products providing you return the defective product to us for evaluation and quality control analysis.  Enclose a brief note stating what the problem is with the product and what type of remedy you are requesting.  Decal sets that are old, discontinued or have not been stored correctly will not be replaced.  Management reserves the right to replace or exchange of any sets.

Shipping

All on-line orders will be shipped via USPS only.  The current rate is $4.00 shipping and handling.  Shipments outside the U.S. are $7.00 minimum.  Shipments to Canada and Mexico are $5.00 minimum.  If your order is over a pound, then appropriate fees will be applied.
Insurance is available upon request.

For an additional fee, we offer several other ways to have your order shipped.  Contact us with regard to these other methods available.

• USPS Mail, Priority Mail, Express Mail.
• United Parcel Service (UPS).
• FedEx

Please allow 48 hours for shipment of your orders.  Delivery may take from four to seven business days.  These conditions apply to the 48 continuous states.  Deliveries will take longer outside the U.S.A.
UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or P.O. Box ZIP codes in the U.S., including U.S. Military P.O. Box addressed such as APO and FPO.

Due to Homeland Security regulations, some products may not be shipped by air and will need to be sent by ground services.  In these cases, the delivery will take longer, depending on your location, from 7 - 10 business days.

Microscale Industries, (microscale.com) (we, us and our), developed and maintains our website (the Site) and currently allows access to the Site free-of-charge to users who agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.  We operate our website and do business in the State of California, County of Orange.   By doing business with us you agree that all disputes, regardless if whether we are the plaintiff or defendant will be settled in a court of competent jurisdiction for the County of Orange.

We reserve the right to change the nature of this relationship at any time, and to revise these guidelines and Terms and Conditions from time to time, as we deem necessary.  Any user that violates the Terms of the Agreement will have their access canceled and they may permanently be banned from using the Site and any interactive services that we offer.  You should check these Terms and condition periodically.  By using the Site after we post changes to these Terms and Conditions, you agree to accept those changes, whether or not you actually reviewed them.

Entering the Site will constitute your acceptance of these Terms of Use.

Who May Use Our Website:

We encourage all persons over the age of eighteen (18) to enjoy the Site and we do not discriminate on the basis of age, race, national origin gender, sexual orientation or religion.

No person under the age of 18 should use the Site.  We strongly encourage all parents and guardians to monitor the Internet use of their children.  Use of the Site by any user shall be deemed to be a representation that the user is 18 years of age or older.

Check Orders:

Check orders are only shipped after the check clears.  Please allow five-business days after we receive your check for your shipment to take place.  Please note we charge either $15.00 or the maximum allowable by law for all dishonored checks.

Restrictions on Use of Copyrights and Trademarks:

This Site and all materials on the Site, including, but not limited to the sales copy, navigational aids, images, illustrations, and logos are either our or our affiliates and licensors property and are protected from unauthorized copying and distribution by copyright law, trademark law, international conventions and other intellectual property laws.  If you desire to use these properties, you must obtain our written consent prior to your use.

Your Privacy Rights --- How We Protect Your Information:

Microscale Industries, microscale.com will not sell, trade, or rent any personally identifiable information obtained from you to a third party unless you consent.

We gather information for our internal use only as follows:
For filling orders and processing payment when applicable. For communicating with you and answering questions and/or pending orders and designs. Occasionally, we will send you email communications to provide information, which we think you will find useful, including information about new products and services from microscale.com.  It is our policy to send email to customers who wish to continue receiving such information.  If you do not wish to continue receiving such emails, please notify us and will remove you from the list.

Taxes:

Prices on the Web Site do not include sales tax or any other customs duties, use, value added, excise, federal, state, local or other taxes.  California residents will be charged sales tax, but all other such duties or taxes shall be paid you, in lieu thereof, customer shall provide us with an appropriate tax exemption certificate.

Manner of Refunds:

Unless specifically requested and authorized by us, refunds will be issued in the form of a credit slip.  Depending on the method of sale, credit card refunds will be based on the amount of sale.  Contact us for policies on credit card purchase refunds.

Undelivered Products: 

We understand that you want to get your order as quickly as possible, but unfortunately sometimes there is a delay caused by the carrier used to deliver products.  Because of this, we have a mandatory 15-business-day waiting period before any product will be resent.

Restriction Against Component Resale:  

We are in the business of selling products to the persons that will use them.  If you plan to resell our products please give us a call.   Since this is a retail web site, we require that the customer agree that they will not engage in the business of reselling components purchased from microscale.com, or remove components from product for resale, except upon express prior written authorization of microscale.com.  Any resale of product of components will void all guarantees and warranties.

Assignment:

A customer may not assign his/hers rights or obligations hereunder without the express prior written consent of Microscale Industries, microscale.com.

The Foregoing Represents the Entire Agreement: 

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between microscale.com and the customer regarding any sale, these terms expressly supersede and replace any prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether written or oral, relating to said dale, including any terms and conditions on any of customer’s documents or purchase orders.
ANY ADDITIONAL, DIFFERENT OR CONFLICTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON ANY SUCH DOCUMENT ISSUED BY CUSTOMER AT ANY TIME ARE HEREBY OBJECTED TO BY microscale.com, AND ANY SUCH DOCUMENT SHALL BE WHOLLY INAPPLICABLE TO ANY SALE MADE HEREUNER AND SHALL BOT BE BINDING IN ANY WAY ON microscale.com.  This agreement shall be binding upon the heirs, successors and assigns of the parties hereto.  If any provision of this agreement shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

Severability of Sections:

If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed serverable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
